Immigration Services
 We
provide three different services for Family Class (Sponsorship) and Skilled
Worker (Independent) categories. These are "Complete Service Package",
"Immigration Consulting & Application Review Package" and
"Application Review Service". We offer similar services to "Complete Service Package" for other categories. If you fill out a Free
Assessment and qualify for a permanent resident or temporary visa, our response will include our service
fees.
Immigration Services:
Complete Service Package:
- consulting, analyzing and strategizing your case in your best interest
- advising and answering general questions for temporary visa issues (study
and work permit)
- answering questions regarding the medical exam and security clearance/police
certificates
- helping to obtain the supporting documents for your application package
- filling out and submitting a permanent resident visa application
- communicating with CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) during the
application process
- monitoring the application process.
- helping to prepare for the interview, if invited
- problem-solving if any issues arise in the application process
- 100% service fee back if your case is not successful (except for medical,
criminal, or misrepresentation inadmissibility issues)

Review Package:
- consulting, analyzing and strategizing your case in your best interest

and identify weak points in order to strengthen the application

- reviewing your permanent resident visa application and supporting documents
to eliminate errors and identify weak points in order to strengthen the
application
- no service fee refund for this service
Simplified Initial Application Service:(for Skilled Worker & Business Class)
- consulting, analyzing and strategizing your case in your best interest
- advising and answering general questions for temporary visa issues (study
and work permit)
- filling out and reviewing a simplified application
- no service fee refund for this service
Simplified Pre-Assessment Application Service:(for Skilled Worker & Business Class)
- consulting, analyzing and strategizing your case in your best interest
- answering questions regarding the medical exam and security clearance/police
certificates
- helping to obtain the supporting documents for your application package
- filling out and submitting a permanent resident visa application

Telephone/E-mail Immigration Consultation:
- Answering your unique and case specific immigration related questions
by telephone or e-mail. Once the fee is paid, we will contact you to setup
a date and time for your consultation between 10:30am and 5pm (Vancouver Pacific Time)
Monday to Friday. You can also send your questions by e-mail. If you sign
up with "Complete Service Package",
"Immigration Consulting & Application
Review Package" or "Application Review
Service" within two weeks of using the consultation, the fee will be
credited towards the service fee.
